WiFi provides connectivity to the Internet through a wireless access point or router. Your devices (smartphones, TVs, etc.) connect to this router to form an internal network that only exists in your home.
We do not require customers to use our router. However there are many reasons customers overwhelmingly choose Nexstream equipment over third party equipment.

Plus if there’s a problem with our equipment we’ll replace it with no expense to you.
For customers using third-party equipment it’s a little different. In these cases we’re able to address any issues with the Internet connection itself but charge on a time and materials basis if the problem stems from a third-party router.
