Our network status page acts as a central hub where customers can access real-time information about the status of Nexstream Internet service connectivity, including any scheduled maintenance, outages, or service disruptions.
Subscribe to Updates
We make it easy for clients to get the latest updates from our status page by email or text. To subscribe head to status.nexstream.net and click on the blue button in the top right corner labeled “Subscribe to Updates”
A dropdown window will open that allows you to choose email or text at the top then enter your contact information. You’ll receive a confirmation message that will also include instructions on how to unsubscribe from notifications.
