Are you allowed to work in front of my property?
Yes. Most of our construction takes place within public Right of Way or recorded utility easements, which are designated areas where utilities are permitted to install and maintain infrastructure.
Will my driveway be cut?
In most cases, driveways are not cut. When crossing a driveway or roadway is required, we typically use underground boring methods to avoid surface disruption. In rare cases where cutting is necessary, it is restored after installation.
Why did crews leave before finishing?
Fiber construction is completed in phases. Crews may move to another section while permitting, inspections, or additional work is completed in the previous area. This is a normal part of the process.
What happens if something is damaged?
If something appears damaged during construction, please contact us. Our team reviews concerns promptly and works to address issues as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
When can I sign up for fiber Internet service?
Service availability depends on construction progress. Once your area is ready, you’ll be able to check availability and request installation through your community page.

Why is there paint and flags in my yard?
Colored paint and flags mark underground utilities before digging begins. Each color represents a different utility type and helps ensure safe installation. These markings are temporary.
What is a bore pit?
A bore pit is a small access hole used during underground installation. It allows crews to safely install conduit beneath the surface. Bore pits are temporary and are restored once installation is complete.
When will my lawn be restored?
Restoration typically follows shortly after installation in that area. Soil is replaced and leveled, and disturbed grass areas are reseeded or repaired as needed.
Do I need to be home during construction?
No. Mainline fiber construction does not require access inside your home. If you request service, an appointment will be scheduled for your individual connection.
What if I don’t want service — will work still occur?
Yes. Mainline fiber installation serves the entire neighborhood and occurs regardless of individual signups. You are not required to subscribe to service.
